I generally just go along with whatever's already canon as long as I don't see any problems erupting from it in the future, and this I mostly derive from current canon events.
Like, Rosemary, I'm fine with; I can't really see any problems that they can't manage to work out. (In fact, I actually cried when Rose died. First time I'd actually cried while reading the comic twice.)
AraSol, I'm fine with.
I'm even okay with Tavris, because to me it honestly sounds like everyone is misinterpreting Vriska's well-meaned attempts to give Tavros a backbone; they just don't exactly work out like she planned. To me, they need each other: Tavros needs a strong supporter and Vriska needs someone to keep her in check.
As for DirkJake, however, especially considering the Trickster episode, I can see a lot of future problems arising from that, especially since it seems the relationship may be one-sided (but I'm just yanking at strings here and I don't really want to upset anyone so I'll stop at that).
But hey, I'm the person to go to if you want songs about broken ships. >::::3
I let a friend of mine listen to one I had prescribed for DirkJake and she near about punched me.
But this probably isn't the place to talk about that.
